Hunter New England Local Health District invites applications from experienced Registered Nurses to deliver hospital-level care to patients in their homes via the Hospital in the Home program.
The role offers up to 38 hours per week on a temporary basis with potential extension, at Newcastle Community Health Centre.
Positions may be full-time or part time with flexible arrangements.
Applicants should be prepared to work autonomously in patients' homes and coordinate with medical officers and the
