The
Sales Executive
will drive growth across Atturra's Data & Integration business by creating new opportunities, building trusted client relationships, and progressing qualified opportunities from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and close.
This is a mid-to-senior sales role suited to someone with more than 10 years of relevant experience who wants to build a technology sales career focused on solution selling across data and integration services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging your consulting expertise to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Lead or actively contribute to the end-to-end sales process, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and leads in the CRM
Work closely with the Data & Integration technical and delivery teams to understand services and offerings
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Provide feedback from the market to support product/service positioning
Working Conditions
What will make you successful in this role?
You are a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in technology or consulting services sales.
You thrive in client-facing environments, can translate complex business challenges into practical solutions, and know how to turn qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years' experience in sales execution,
business development, lead generation or account management in IT services, consulting service, enterprise software, or similar environment.
Familiarity with data and integration technologies such as Boomi, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake.
Understanding of integration solutions, middleware, APIs, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Robust relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capability.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred but not essential).
