Looking for a Podiatry role that gives you autonomy, variety and genuine work-life balance?
MARS Healthcare is partnering with a well-established Allied Health organisation to recruit an experienced Podiatrist to join their community team, servicing clients across the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
This is an excellent prospect for a Podiatrist with 1.5-2+ years' experience who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships with clients and providing meaningful, patient-focused care in the community.
The Opportunity
You'll provide mobile podiatry services directly to clients in their homes and community settings, with a varied caseload across aged care, geriatric and general podiatry.
You'll typically see around 10 clients per day, with approximately 6 hours of face-to-face clinical work.
The role is structured to provide a manageable and sustainable workload, while still offering the security and benefits of a full time position.
The organisation is ideally looking for someone to join full-time, however, they are open to Podiatrists seeking a minimum of 3 days per week.

About the Role
Working throughout the Northern suburbs of Melbourne,



you'll provide personalised podiatry services to clients in their homes and community settings.
You'll manage a varied caseload, with a robust focus on geriatric and community care, supporting clients with everything from routine podiatry and preventative foot care through to more complex foot health and mobility needs.
You'll have the opportunity to develop genuine, ongoing relationships with your clients, helping to maintain their mobility, independence and overall quality of life.
Your caseload will include:
Home-based podiatry
Geriatric aged care
General podiatry and routine foot care
Preventative and ongoing foot health management
Mobility and functional support
Client education and individualised care planning
Importantly, you won't be spending your evenings catching up on admin.
A dedicated scheduling and administration team will support you with your diary, appointments and administrative requirements, allowing you to focus on what you do best - providing great clinical care.
About You
We're looking for a qualified Podiatrist who has:
1.5-2+ years' clinical experience
Current AHPRA registration
Experience or an interest in community and/or aged care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work autonomously and manage your own day
A genuine passion for patient-centred care
A current Australian driver's licence
You'll suit this role if you enjoy getting out into the community, having variety in your day and building meaningful relationships with your clients, while still having a strong team behind you.
