Freight Link Couriers' is seeking a casual Forklift Operator to join our recent team in Cairns. You will play a vital role in the productive processing and distribution of goods within our busy logistics operation.

What you'll be doing
Unloading and loading freight securely and safely using correct forklift techniques.
Assisting with the preparation of freight for dispatch, including labelling and palletising
Collaborating with the wider logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Loading and delivering small and bulk freight

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a forklifting or warehousing role (non-essential), ideally within the transport and logistics industry
Solid physical fitness and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy items safely
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Reliability and punctuality




Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
A valid forklift license or the willingness to obtain one
A commitment to upholding safety standards and environmental regulations
A strong individual who will be sorting tyres when trucks are not to be unloaded
