Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Mental Health and Wellbeing Peer Support Worker (Health Education Officer Graduate/Non-Graduate) at Concord Centre for Mental Health. This permanent part time position (24 hours per week) offers a pathway for graduates and non-graduates with lived experience of mental health to support consumers and communities.
The role focuses on improving mental health, facilitating recovery, and helping with housing, education and community connections,
