Role: Facilities Manager
n Location: Bankstown
n Package: $134,000 including super

The Role:
n
Due to growth, our client are hiring a Facilities Manager for their team. The role will manage a portfolio in Bankstown and candidates with industrial or retail experience will be very well received.
n
You will work within a company that is known for their team collaboration and good culture.
n
The role will require you to be on site in Bankstown 5 days per week and you will report into the Head of Facilities Management.
n
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
n
n
Responsible for all reactive and preventative maintenance of the portfolio
n
Manage subcontractor relationships and plan suitable maintenance to a high standard for safety quality and cost
n




Conduct site inspections and ensure works are carried out effectively
n
Ensure compliance of sites including maintaining AFSS and HVAC
n
Manage supplier relationships with consistent reviews of service level agreements and KPI's
n
Budget responsibility for maintenance costs
n
Provide technical advice along with working closely with WHS team to ensure compliance across the complex portfolio
n
n
We are looking to speak with candidates with the below experience:

n
Ideally experience as a Facilities management within industrial or retail property
n
Ability to commute to Bankstown 5 days per week
n
Valuable technical knowledge
n
Previous contractor management experience
