Job Description
In this role, you will support residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting and mobility, as well as assist with transfers, communication aids, and maintaining a clean and safe setting.

Key responsibilities

You will contribute to client care by assisting with routine treatments, supporting the self-administration of medication on medical authority, and providing input into client assessments, including care for residents with specific needs.
n
As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you will provide direct care and support to residents within a Residential Care Home, assisting with daily living activities and promoting comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
n
Working under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, you will collaborate closely with health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
n
