Seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join the team to work across afternoon and night shifts

Immediate Start

Duties, but are not limited to:
n
n
Perform routine and preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to SOPs and maintenance schedules.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
n
Assemble, install, and adjust machinery and equipment as required.
n
Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
n
Maintain spare parts inventory and workshop housekeeping.
n




Provide technical support to production staff and respond to urgent breakdowns or project work, including overtime if needed.
n
Conduct all maintenance activities in compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
n
n
Skills/experience:
n
n
Prior experience as a Manitanence Fitter within a manufacturing environment
n
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to read technical drawings.
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n
Ability to lift heavy equipment andwork at heights if required
n
Robust understanding of cGMP, OH&S;, and environmental requirements.
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
n
Positive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to maintenance challenges.
