Junior Property Manager - Eastern Suburbs

Spanning across a large range of popular suburbs and a broad selection of architectural styles, this is a talented team offering a dynamic culture and ongoing professionalism. Working alongside a high performing property management team, this role is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate.
n The Role:
n Monday to Friday, this is your chance to join a strong property management division of 6, and work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive Senior with a Leasing Consultant and Accounts for support, your day to day responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting in the management of 300 high end properties
n
Effectively liaise with tenants & some landlords
n
Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
n
Complete repairs & maintenance management
n




Arrears control
n
Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
n
Working towards targets and KPI's
n
NO weekends, NO leasing and NO accounts
n
n
The Candidate:
n
n
Previous Real Estate experience
n
A current Certificate of Registration & own car
n
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
n
Parking & mobile phone provided
n
Be a motivated self-starter
n
