Zaliya Boutique is a fast-growing Australian fast-fashion brand, and we're looking for a
dedicated, driven and highly organised E-Commerce Manager
to join our team full-time at our Southport location.
This is a hands-on and varied role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.
You'll work closely and in conjunction with the Director of the company
, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations, growth and direction of Zaliya Boutique.
You'll be involved across all areas of the business — from inventory, buying and warehouse management through to product launches, campaign shoots, content creation and digital marketing. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, works quickly, has a robust eye for fashion and detail, and is excited to grow alongside the brand.

THE ROLE
Working closely with the Director, your responsibilities will include:
Day-to-day
e-commerce and warehouse management
Managing and supporting warehouse and staff
Inventory management and maintaining accurate stock levels
Receiving, checking and processing inbound stock
Managing inbound and outbound orders and stock movements
Quality control
Uploading and managing products and inventory online
Uploading new arrivals following photoshoots and preparing products for launch
Stock ordering, replenishment and supplier coordination
Assisting with
buying and product selection
Assisting with
garment design and product development
Coordinating new arrivals from delivery through to online launch
Pick and packing customer orders when required
Customer care when required
Attending and assisting with Zaliya campaign and content shoots




Assisting with the planning, preparation and execution of
campaigns and photoshoots
Helping coordinate garments, styling, content requirements and shot lists for campaigns
Creating and shooting social media and website content
Product and lifestyle photography
Assisting with marketing campaigns, launches and promotional activity
Creating graphics and digital marketing assets
General e-commerce administration and problem-solving
Working directly with the Director to implement new ideas, improve processes and support the continued growth of the business
DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE - HIGHLY REGARDED
Experience with any of the following would be a major advantage:
Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads
Google Ads
TikTok Ads
Klaviyo EDM and automated flows
Canva / Adobe or other graphic design software
Shopify
Social media content creation
Photography and video editing
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you will have
a minimum of 3 years' experience within e-commerce, digital marketing or a closely related field.
We're looking for someone who is:
Driven, reliable and highly organised
Experienced, confident and ready to take ownership of their role
Comfortable working in a fast-moving fashion environment
Able to work autonomously without needing constant direction




Confident working closely with the Director
Confident managing, supporting and motivating a team
Experience across e-commerce, fashion and warehouse operations
Extremely detail-oriented, particularly with inventory and QC
Creative with a strong understanding of fashion, branding and current trends
Confident attending and assisting with campaign shoots
Comfortable creating content and working behind a camera
Able to prioritise and manage multiple areas of the business at once
Willing to jump in and help wherever needed - including pick packing during busy periods
Excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding brand
THE OPPORTUNITY

of a growing fashion e-commerce business and work directly alongside the Director - from buying and launching new products to managing operations, attending campaign shoots, creating content and helping drive Zaliya's online growth.
