Electrical Project Manager | Tier 1 Projects | Sydney

We're partnering with several leading Tier 1 electrical contractors across Sydney who are looking to hire experienced Electrical Project Managers.
n
These opportunities span a diverse range of projects, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, data centres, government, infrastructure, warehouses and high-end residential developments.
n
The Role
n
Working closely with Site Supervisors, Leading Hands and project teams, you'll be responsible for managing electrical projects from initial planning and procurement through to delivery, commissioning and handover.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing electrical projects from start to finish
n
Overseeing project budgets, forecasts and financial performance
n
Managing project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved
n
Coordinating Site Supervisors, Leading Hands, electricians and subcontractors
n
Managing procurement, materials, variations and project documentation
n
Building strong relationships with clients, builders,



consultants and other stakeholders
n
Conducting site visits and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
n
Supporting projects through to commissioning and handover
n
n
About You
n
n
NSW Electrical Licence
n
Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor
n
Experience delivering Tier 1 projects or working for a Tier 1 electrical contractor is highly regarded
n
Strong commercial, financial and project management skills
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to manage project teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
n
