We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to help leading the kitchen at the Newbay Hotel – a much-loved local pub in the heart of Brighton, known for its charm, warm hospitality, and quality food.

Proven experience leading a kitchen team

Ability to manage food costs, rosters, and kitchen operations

Robust leadership and communication skills

Ability to participate in and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)

A desire to bring fresh ideas while respecting the classics
