About the role
n
Be at the heart of keeping our Mt. Thorley maintenance facility organised, compliant and operating effectively.
n As Maintenance Coordinator, you will work a Monday to Friday roster, providing essential coordination and administrative support across the facility, working closely with contractors and supporting inspections, compliance activities, documentation, deliveries and spare-parts inventory. From managing Enablon actions and SAP inventory movements to coordinating onsite inductions, receiving deliveries and supporting general site upkeep, you will enjoy plenty of variety in your day.
n If you bring strong organisational skills, practical maintenance-facility experience and a safety-first approach, this is an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to our day-to-day operations

What you will be doing
n
n
You will coordinate day-to-day facility and workshop administration activities;
n
To manage facility Redbook inspections and repairs in line with SAP Plant Maintenance requirements;
n
Maintain facility documentation and support compliance with relevant procedures and legislative requirements;
n
Coordinate onsite contractors, inductions and legislative inspections;
n
To manage Facility Enablon actions, including documentation updates and compliance requirements;
n
You will receive, unload and safely store deliveries using a forklift;
n




Support general site upkeep and maintain compliance with council requirements;
n
Manage stocktakes, spare-parts inventory and goods movements in SAP.

What you will bring
n
n
A High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) is mandatory;
n
Experience in facility coordination and administration;
n
A practical understanding of maintenance facility operations;
n
Experience with SAP, SAP Plant Maintenace and inventory control;
n
Knowledge of spare-parts inventory management;
n
A strong safety focus, customer service mindset and interpersonal awareness.
