Job Description
Mind Australia is seeking a Part time Site Co-ordinator in Wonthaggi to lead day-to-day site operations for the Housing with Support program, ensuring response to participants according to support plans. The role focuses on mentoring staff, coordinating shift coverage and maintaining service continuity.

You will oversee Support Workers, support program delivery, and work with the Area Manager on recruitment and performance. A Certificate IV or higher in a health-related field is required.
