Starboard IT is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Technical Lead Consultant to join our cooperative Sydney team.

This customer-facing role combines hands-on technical expertise, consulting and leadership. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design practical technology solutions and lead projects from planning through to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

Providing technical consultancy and support to clients
n
Designing and implementing cloud and infrastructure solutions
n
Leading technical projects and guiding team members
n
Managing client, stakeholder and third-party vendor relationships
n
Supporting pre-sales, scoping and solution design
n
Improving internal systems, processes and security compliance
n

About you

n

n
Five years' experience in IT, including technical consulting or leadership
n
Strong Microsoft 365, Azure,



Entra ID and Active Directory experience
n
Knowledge of virtualisation, networking, security and cloud environments
n
PowerShell scripting experience
n
Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
n
