OzChild in Frankston is seeking a Strengthening Families Practitioner to join our team on a permanent part time basis (0.8 FTE, four days a week).
The role focuses on delivering family‐centred interventions to promote safety and positive outcomes for children and families across the Bayside Peninsula.
You will work with vulnerable families, complete assessments, engage with stakeholders and maintain high-quality case records, while working alongside Child Protection and community services.
