Senior Safety Advisor
to join their team.
n This role offers a mix of
office and site-based responsibilities
, working closely with project teams to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure best-practice WHS standards are maintained across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all project teams
n
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety reviews
n
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and client requirements
n
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
n
Assist in the development and delivery of safety initiatives and training programs
n
Support project teams with risk assessments, SWMS reviews, and safety planning
n
Prepare safety reports and provide guidance to management and site personnel
n
Build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients,



and key stakeholders
n
About You n
n
Previous experience as a Safety Advisor or Senior Safety Advisor within commercial construction
n
Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and industry best practice
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Proven ability to influence site teams and promote positive safety outcomes
n
Relevant safety qualifications
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
n
