Athena O&G; is a private obstetrics, gynaecology and fertility practice in Buderim, Queensland, dedicated to personalised care. We're seeking a Senior Medical Secretary to join our team and help shape the patient experience with warmth, accuracy and calm efficiency.

You'll manage patient enquiries, appointments and specialist correspondence, coordinate theatre bookings and surgical administration, and handle billing across Medicare and private health funds.
