About the Role
n
Located in Caringbah | Monday to Friday | 8am–4pm (Thurs finish 4:30pm) | 38 hrs per week
n
We are looking for experienced Dispatchers & General Hands to join our warehouse team, responsible for accurately packing and dispatching customer orders while supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workplace.
n
These roles are perfect for someone who enjoys hands‐on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a high volume work environment.

Computer literate with data entry or ERP experience
n
Are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks (safe lifting ****** kgs)
n
Communicate clearly within a team environment
n
Have a strong attention to detail
n
Manage your time well / organised
n
Care about customers and delivering excellent service
n
Are reliable, punctual, have a positive attitude, strong work ethic
n

Bonus points:

Previous warehouse experience
n
Forklift licence
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
No two days are the same, but you'll be right in the heart of the action:
n
n
Picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders with precision
n
Coordinating with couriers to keep deliveries running smoothly
n
Updating internal stakeholders / team members, through email and slack channels
n
Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP systems training provided) and stock control
n
Receive and inspect incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery documentation
n
Keeping stock organised and accurate
n
Operate warehouse equipment safety, and follow workplace and general housekeeping procedures
n

This position is available for day shift hours only, stable consistent weekday scheduling + 1 x RDO per month
