RN - Lismore - Child & Adolescent Mental Health
Our client, Lismore Base Hospital, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health team in Lismore, NSW.
This is a contract position running for approximately 14 weeks, with a start date as soon as possible and an end date of 21 December ****.
You'll be working in a regional mental health setting, supporting young people through their care journey in a supportive clinical environment.
Specialised child and adolescent mental health nursing in a regional hospital setting

Based in Lismore, NSW, in the heart of the Northern Rivers region
Preferred Requirements
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA




Solid experience in child and adolescent mental health nursing
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young people in a mental health context
Current Violence Prevention and Management (VPM) competency or willingness to obtain it
Sound clinical judgment and the ability to respond sensitively to the needs of adolescent patients
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration
Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated specialist experience in child and adolescent mental health
Current or recent Violence Prevention and Management certification
