Job Description
Mercy Connect is seeking an Assistant Team Leader (ATL) to support Team Leaders and Operations to deliver high quality, person-centred services for participants.
You will build robust relationships with participants and families, promote excellent customer service, and help implement person-centred practices across the team, with administrative duties for documentation and reporting.
Role requires Certificate IV in Disability or related discipline, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, a valid driver's
