Job Description
Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager (Sortation Shift) to lead a team of Shift Managers in our Delivery Station network in Australia.
You will drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement while ensuring on-time, cost-productive delivery of millions of packages.
You'll report to the Site Lead and may work night shifts; strong people leadership and Lean skills are essential to optimize staffing, forecast workloads, and implement process improvements across shifts.
