Job Description
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) role within the Community Health team at Lemongrove Community Health Centre.
The CNS2 will provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality client-centred care in people's homes and communities.
The role focuses on supporting people with chronic and complex conditions to manage their health at home, while mentoring nursing staff and collaborating
