About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the store, leading the team and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the retail sales team.
Deliver exceptional5-Star customer service.
Drive sales and work towards achieving and exceeding store targets.
Lead by example and actively participate in sales.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and develop a loyal customer base.
Maintain exceptional store presentation, merchandising and ticketing standards.
Ensure high standards of administration and store operations.
Manage day-to-day retail operations and support team performance.
Help protect and represent theWeber brand, internationally recognised for quality, service and value.




Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience and store performance.
About You
We are looking for someone who is more than just a manager - we want a leader who loves sales and loves dealing with people.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum5 years' sales and/or customer service experience.
Previous retail management or leadership experience.
A proven ability to achieve sales results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
A highly motivated, positive and results-driven attitude.
Robust organisational and administration skills.
The ability to inspire, coach and motivate team members.
A natural ability to connect with customers and build relationships.
A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
The confidence to lead from the front and get involved in the sales process.
A genuine passion forBBQs, outdoor entertaining and the Alfresco lifestyle.

The Roster
This is afull-time position working across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends.
