Job Description
Langpark Health in Langwarrin, Victoria is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse RN Division 1 – Clinical Lead to join our general practice team.
This role offers approximately 30 to 35 hours per week, with shifts between **** and ****, and Saturday mornings on rotation.
You will lead nursing staff, develop protocols, provide direct care including immunisations and wound management, support clinical governance and CPD, and help deliver patient-centred care in a supportive, family-friendly
