Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant – Wholesale Fashion

Festival Clothing | Narangba, Brisbane
n Casual – approximately 2 shifts per week

Festival Clothing is a small, family-run wholesale clothing business supplying bohemian, resort and casual fashion to retailers across Australia.

n

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on person to join our team at our Narangba warehouse. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with customer service, so we need someone who is just as comfortable packing orders as they are speaking with customers.

About the role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
Picking, checking and packing wholesale clothing orders
n
Preparing orders for freight and customer collection
n
Unpacking, checking and organising incoming shipments
n
Processing customer payments
n
Assisting wholesale customers over the phone and in person
n
Responding to general product and order enquiries
n
Replenishing stock and keeping the warehouse organised
n
Helping with stocktakes and general warehouse duties
n
Using our computer systems to locate products and update orders
n

About you

Reliable, organised and able to work with attention to detail
n
Confident using computers and willing to learn current systems
n
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
n
Physically capable of lifting cartons and working on your feet
n
Able to work efficiently during busy periods
n
Interested in clothing, fashion or wholesale
n
Located close to Narangba or able to travel reliably to work
n

Previous warehouse, retail, customer service or order-packing experience would be helpful, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most key.
