Job Description
Our client, a publicly listed multi-site organisation, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner based in Perth.
You will own a complex portfolio across remote and metro WA sites, acting as a trusted business partner to site managers and two executive GMs, with a focus on commercial outcomes and people strategy.
Lead a small team of HR Advisors, drive change, policy work and frameworks, and travel to remote sites a few times a year.
