Job Description
MRAEL is seeking an Employment Consultant to join IntoJobs team to deliver Workforce Australia's Employment Services from our Gladstone office.
You will provide one-on-one support to help participants achieve sustainable employment and may use a pool car for travel.
You'll work with diverse jobseekers, build tailored service plans, and develop employer partnerships while applying people-centred case management principles to remove barriers and support outcomes.
