POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Melbourne Walk store.
You will lead a large team of about 25, coaching, onboarding and training to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve robust commercial results in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will be responsible for performance coaching, roster planning, stock control and coordinating product launches.
The role requires experience in coaching teams, strong organisational skills and a passion for pop-culture retail.
