The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Environmental Service Attendants (Kitchen Stewards) to join our team across a diverse portfolio of world-class hospitality venues, including Nobu, Ging Thai, Koko, and a variety of premium bars, restaurants, and event spaces.
In this role, you'll help maintain the highest standards in our back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting a team.
What you'll do
Operate commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment
Wash, polish and store dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment
Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, safe and organised
Clear rubbish, remove waste and maintain hygiene standards
Support chefs and kitchen teams during service periods
Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
What we require
Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week across a 24/7 rotating roster
Ability to perform physical work,



including standing, lifting and cleaning
A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
What will help you stand out
Previous stewarding, dishwashing, cleaning or hospitality experience
Strong attention to detail and a focus on hygiene
Ability to work at a steady pace in a busy team setting
Good organisation skills and a team-first attitude
