About the Role
n
We are currently seeking friendly, professional full‐time
Receptionists/Administration
Assistants who are available to work a variety of shifts between 6am and 10pm Monday and Friday across our three locations.
n
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth operation of our practice.
n
n
Reception duties including greeting and registering patients for their procedures
n
Processing patient billing and receipting
n
Scheduling appointments and managing enquiries in a busy call‐centre environment
n
Liaising with patients and medical practitioners
n
Providing administrative support as required
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has proven experience in a fast‐paced, customer‐facing environment
n




Offers a professional and welcoming demeanor, with a service‐orientated and empathetic attitude
n
Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, sometimes hectic work environment, whilst maintaining a high level of patient focus
n
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Has strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
n
Is confident using computers and learning current systems
n
Brings a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn
n
Is fully Covid‐19 vaccinated
n
Experience in customer service—whether in healthcare, retail, hospitality, travel, finance or another service industry—is highly valued.
n
Previous medical reception or administration experience is desirable but not essential. We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
