Your key responsibilities will include:

Critical Risk
Management:Identify




and
implementcriticalrisk
managementstrategies.
n
Management System Review and Development: Provide expert input and leadership to safety and health and integrated management system development, reviews, and implementation.

Regulatory Compliance:Develop programs that enable robustadherence to health and safety regulations and company standards.
n
Audits and Inspections:Design assurance programs and conduct audits
tosupportcomplianceand
best practices.
n
Continuous
Improvement:Support
ongoing development of health, safety, and
complianceimprovementframeworks.
n
SafetyImprovementPrograms:Develop
and deploy health and safety improvement initiatives and integrate these into business planning processes.

About You
n
n
Recognised experience and/or qualifications in health and safety, or a related field
n
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management
n
Proven experience in health and safety roles, or similar, within operational environments
n
Experience in the resources industry will be highly regarded
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
