FCL/LCL Allocator & Customer Service Operator

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Previous experience in FCL/LCL transport, freight forwarding, logistics or transport operations.
n
Strong knowledge of container transport and the import/export process.
n
Experience allocating trucks, drivers or transport jobs.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
n
The ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment.
n
Excellent problem-solving skills.
n
Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
