St George Motor Boat Club Marina is seeking a reliable, hands-on and customer-focused Summer Casual Marina Attendant to join our team for the busy summer period.

This is primarily a weekend role, working Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with an average of ***** hours per week and the potential for additional hours and ongoing work for the right person.

About the Role
n
The Marina Attendant will assist members with their vessels, refuelling and general marina requirements while ensuring the marina is maintained to a safe and qualified standard.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assisting members with vessels, refuelling and general marina needs
n
Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
Assisting with vessel movements and marina operations
n
Maintaining clean, safe and tidy marina facilities
n
Assisting with general maintenance and hands-on tasks
n
Following all marina safety procedures
n
Supporting the Marina Management team with day-to-day operations
n
n
About You
n
The successful applicant will be:

Reliable,



punctual and customer-focused
n
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work
n
Friendly and confident dealing with members and guests
n
Comfortable working around boats and water
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
n
Available throughout the summer period
n
n
A current NSW Boat Licence is preferred but not essential. Previous marina, boating, hospitality, customer service or outdoor work experience will be highly regarded.
