TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide in office technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or when dispatch activities require support.

You will support desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking, with emphasis on Office 365, AV, and end-user services. The role includes asset inventory and occasional after-hours coverage.
