Key Responsibilities

Drafting correspondence, court documents, and briefs
n
Managing files, updating matter progress, and maintaining accurate records
n
Liaising with clients, medical providers, insurers, and counsel
n
Preparing evidence bundles, chronologies, and discovery material
n
Assisting solicitors with matter preparation, negotiations, and settlement tasks
n
Coordinating appointments, medico‐legal assessments, and follow‐ups
n
General administrative and practice support as required

About You

Must have experience in personal injury (ideally 1-2 years)
n
Available on a full-time basis
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines

Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Confident client communication skills and a professional manner

Ability to work collaboratively within a close‐knit team
n
Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high‐quality work
