Your Role You’ll play a key part in delivering a major civil construction project, operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently while contributing to a positive team environment.
Duties may include:
Operating civil construction plant and equipment
Bulk and detailed earthworks
Conducting pre-starts and routine equipment inspections
Maintaining productivity while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards
Assisting with project delivery targets and quality outcomes
Supporting site crews as required
We’re Looking For
Proven experience operating civil construction plant
Relevant tickets, licences and White Card
GPS and final trim experience highly regarded
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project workplace
Local operators or those able to DIDO to the Ingham region
