Job Description
Spotlight Group Holdings is seeking a Commercial, data-driven Customer Experience Manager to cover a 12-month parental leave contract across our eCommerce platforms. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, drive CRO improvements, and deliver digital product enhancements while collaborating with multiple brands including Harris Scarfe.
