Job Description
As a Project Architect in this newly created role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the built environment within Hospitality and Commercial Design in Australia. Working as part of a dynamic and talented team, you will contribute your expertise to the delivery of innovative architectural projects. This full-time position will see you based in the Surry Hills Studio with the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

The ROLE:
n
n
Lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion
n
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and the broader project team to ensure designs meet project requirements and budgets
n
Produce high-quality design drawings, 3D models and documentation to support planning approvals and construction - Revit
n
Provide expert advice and guidance to the project team on technical and regulatory matters
n
Manage and oversee the work of junior architects and technicians
n

The SKILLS needed:
n
n
Degree qualified in Architecture with 6+ years of post-graduation experience
n




Proven track record in the delivery of complex architectural projects from concept to completion
n
Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating your creativity and technical proficiency
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
n
Thorough understanding of building codes, planning regulations and construction methods
n
Proficiency in Revit
n
Collaborative mindset and a commitment to working as part of a high-performing team

Salary Range (Depending on skills and experience): $100,000 to $130,000 plus super.
