Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Dialysis Registered Nurse to support patients receiving dialysis treatment in their homes across Sydney.

About the Role
n
You'll deliver home dialysis care directly to patients in their homes, providing clinical support, monitoring treatments, and educating patients and carers to ensure secure and effective dialysis management.

Requirements
n
n
Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
n
Minimum 2 years' recent dialysis nursing experience
n
Competent using Fresenius **** dialysis machines
n
Current BLS certification
n
Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Excellent communication and patient education skills
n
Full Australian working rights
n
