Key Responsibilities
n
n
Processing customer orders accurately within SAP
n
Managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment
n
Responding to customer enquiries via email
n
Providing order updates including stock availability and shipment status
n
Liaising with internal teams, warehouses and transport providers
n
Monitoring outstanding orders and proactively following up
n




Maintaining a solid focus on accuracy and attention to detail
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in customer service, customer care or order processing
n
SAP experience is essential
n
Strong written communication skills
n
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders accurately
n
Proactive and comfortable asking questions when needed
n
FMCG experience highly regarded
n
n
