We are seeking experiencedContact Centre Systems Technical Leadsto join a leading Federal Government Agency.
The successful Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads will lead the design, development and ongoing enhancement of cloud-based contact centre platforms, driving AWS-based solutions that support critical customer engagement services across a large-scale digital environment.
You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Designing, building and supporting AWS Amazon Connect contact centre solutions
Developing AWS microservices architectures using Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB and Step Functions
Leading integrations between contact centre platforms and enterprise systems
Implementing Infrastructure as Code,



CI/CD pipelines and secure DevOps practices
Providing technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder engagement across delivery teams
The successful Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads will have:
Extensive experience with AWS Cloud and Amazon Connect platforms
Strong experience designing microservices, APIs and enterprise integration solutions
Proven full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end and integration layers
Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitLab, Jenkins and DevOps methodologies
AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer or related AWS certifications highly regarded
