Job Description
The Jet Co is seeking a General Manager to lead field services and operations in Sydney, overseeing field technicians, admin staff and a growing sales function.
You will drive day-to-day performance, implement scalable systems and manage key client relationships to enable the company's next growth phase.
Reporting to ownership, you will recruit, onboard and mentor staff, monitor KPIs and budgets, and maintain high safety and service standards while delivering profitable project outcomes.
