Job Description

Hamilton Island Enterprises on Hamilton Island, The Palms, is seeking a qualified Demi Chef to join our outdoor kitchen team, focusing on grilled meats and high‐heat cooking. You'll work hands‐on across prep and service, maintaining quality in a busy setting and supporting your section to keep service moving.
