This construction contractor services top Tier 1 builders. The finance team is three people, so you will learn quickly and see the whole picture rather than one narrow slice.

The culture is direct and construction-standard, the MD moves quick, no two days are the same and you will occasionally need to jump outside of your scope to help the business win.

Salary: Up to $90k+Super

What you need:

End-to-end payroll experience, ideally in construction or under an EBA with allowances and penalty rates.
n
Comfortable with invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and month-end tasks without needing supervision.
n
Happy to work in a small team where the role will flex and develop rather than stay fixed in a narrow lane.
