Job Description
MSS Security is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a Public Housing Estate.
You will lead and support on-site security staff, build relationships with residents, housing staff, local authorities and community organisations to ensure secure and compliant service delivery.
You will manage security operations, uphold legislation and contractual obligations, and drive continuous improvement in community safety and resident wellbeing.
