Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a casual Night Guest Service Agent who loves hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations with warmth, professionalism and a personal touch.
You will oversee smooth guest communications across in person, phone, and email, process reservations in our property management system, and act as the primary point of contact during the stay, ensuring attentive service
