Job Description
Palm Lake Care Bethania is seeking a Lifestyle Team Leader to lead and deliver engaging lifestyle programs for residents, guiding a team of Lifestyle Assistants and coordinating activities, entertainment, and community outreach.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will plan monthly calendars, welcome current residents, liaise with volunteers and external groups, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring a compassionate, resident-centred approach.
