Job Description
Regis in Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate clinical care across our aged care homes.
You will partner with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure safe, high‐quality, person‐centred support, with a solid focus on governance and documentation in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
You will monitor resident health, manage clinical risks, respond to changes in condition including wound care, and contribute to audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement
