You will conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans, collaborating with participants, families and professionals to promote independence and well-being.
You will deliver remote-friendly, client-centred support with flexible schedule, regular supervision and a manageable caseload while upholding NDIS requirements and high clinical standards.
